Hari Sivaprakasam is the Founder and Solutions Leader of Krayyons, an operator-led supply chain solutions company established to help clients transform complex supply chain challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.
Hari brings more than two decades of global supply chain leadership and operating experience across North America and Asia, complemented by project and client experience in Europe. He has worked across more than ten industry verticals, including automotive, industrial and manufacturing, consumer products, retail and e-commerce, food and beverage, chemicals, technology and third-party logistics. His experience spans warehousing and distribution, manufacturing and in-plant support, transportation, freight forwarding, export consolidation, JIT/JIS operations, built-to-suit facilities, engineered solutions and supply chain technology.
Before founding Krayyons, Hari served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sunland Logistics Solutions. As a member of its strategic and executive leadership teams, he helped transform the company from a regional Southeastern provider into an Inbound Logistics Top 100 3PL while contributing to fivefold revenue growth. He helped build scalable operations, engineering and continuous improvement, information technology, solutions, pricing and contract capabilities. He also developed operations leaders into business leaders accountable for people, client partnerships and financial performance.
Earlier, Hari spent more than thirteen years with UTi Worldwide, which was acquired by DSV in 2016. Before assuming leadership of the India contract logistics and distribution business, he spent more than eight years in engineering, solutions, implementation and global account roles. During this period, he helped clients navigate complex startups, operational recoveries, distribution center transitions and continuous improvement initiatives across North America, along with project assignments in Europe. After relocating from the United States to India, he helped build a small contract logistics operation into a nationwide organization, achieving a 45% revenue compound annual growth rate over three years.
Across his career, Hari has led or supported more than 35 logistics startups and implementations and more than 25 supply chain technology projects. He has established continuous improvement systems that generated millions of dollars in measurable value for clients and operating organizations. His work has repeatedly involved bringing cross-functional teams together, stabilizing challenging operations, strengthening strategic partnerships and building the organizational capability required for sustained growth.
Hari believes people are the primary driver of sustainable performance. His leadership approach connects capable and engaged teams with repeatable processes, technology that enables execution, trusted partnerships and disciplined business management. His entrepreneurial journey includes helping build a national business in India, scaling a regional U.S. provider nationally and executing complex projects across multiple countries and operating environments. This combination of entrepreneurial leadership, operational experience and global project execution now informs the work of Krayyons and its commitment to moving beyond advice into execution.
Hari earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, with concentrations in manufacturing and logistics, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the University of Madras. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and earned a Logistics Professional Certificate from Georgia Tech’s Supply Chain and Logistics Institute. He was recognized by SCBiz News on its 2024 Logistics Industry Power List and as a 2025 South Carolina 500 honoree in Distribution and Logistics.
