More than two decades building, improving and scaling supply chains.
Hari’s experience spans more than ten industry verticals across North America and Asia, complemented by project and client experience in Europe. His work encompasses complex distribution operations, manufacturing support, transportation, freight forwarding, engineered facilities and supply chain technology.
Most recently, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sunland Logistics Solutions, Hari helped scale a regional provider nationally and contributed to fivefold revenue growth. He developed leaders and organizational capability, connected strategy with execution through an integrated management system, strengthened strategic client and partner relationships, and advanced technology-enabled performance and continuous improvement.
Earlier, during more than thirteen years with UTi Worldwide, Hari progressed through engineering, solutions, implementation, global account and business leadership roles. He helped clients navigate complex startups, operational recoveries, distribution center transitions and continuous improvement initiatives. After relocating from the United States to India, he led the transformation of a small contract logistics operation into a nationwide organization, achieving 45% revenue compound annual growth over three years.
Across these roles, Hari has demonstrated an entrepreneurial approach to leadership—developing leaders, building scalable organizational capabilities, strengthening strategic partnerships and translating strategy into sustained execution. He founded Krayyons to bring this combination of operating leadership, supply chain transformation and practical execution directly to clients, especially growing organizations navigating transformation and scale.
